Fluid, now using the name Forrest Thinner, formed Blkvampires. The band released a five song EP titled The Collector's Item through the Catch A Fire website. These five songs had previously been recorded by 24-7 Spyz and released on Temporarily Disconnected. A decade after their formation, the New York City based band released one self titled album compiling seven previously unreleased tracks as well as the five songs previously included on the The Collector's Item EP.

Famous quotes containing the word members:
“I have more in common with a Mexican man than with a white woman.... This opinion ... chagrins women who sincerely believe our female physiology unequivocally binds all women throughout the world, despite the compounded social prejudices that daily affect us all in different ways. Although women everywhere experience life differently from men everywhere, white women are members of a race that has proclaimed itself globally superior for hundreds of years.”
—Ana Castillo (b. 1953)
