Aryan Nations

Aryan Nations is a white supremacist or "white Christian separatist" religious organization originally based in Hayden Lake, Idaho. Richard Girnt Butler founded the group in the 1970s, as an arm of the Christian Identity organization Church of Jesus Christ–Christian. The Federal Bureau of Investigation has called Aryan Nations a "terrorist threat", and the RAND Corporation has called it the "first truly nationwide terrorist network" in the US.

Famous quotes containing the word nations:

    For nations vague as weed,
    For nomads among stones,
    Small-statured cross-faced tribes
    And cobble-close families
    In mill-towns on dark mornings
    Life is slow dying.
    Philip Larkin (1922–1986)
