Politics, as a practise, whatever its professions, has always been the systematic organization of hatreds.
    Henry Brooks Adams (1838–1918)

The whole plane of political life would be lifted.
    Herbert Hoover (1874–1964)

    Mary Ritter Beard (1876–1958)
